This is a very pretty piece. It's a large, wheel-thrown, 56-ounce pitcher in our classic prairie fire color combination. Encircling the center is a deep, rich red glaze, accented with toasted orange and black at the rim. The blending of glaze colors, while always intriguing, is particularly dramatic here (hover over in Zoom View to see what I mean). It stands 9 inches tall and has a 5.5 inch diameter. It is handmade, lead-free, microwavable, food & dishwasher-safe. Highly recommended.
